Any session can be customized to your needs, interests and level of experience.
 

90 Minute Private Session Pricing:  

INCALLS 

(Session takes place at a private location near the National Harbor)  

One-On-One sessions: $160 - 1.5 hours  

Couples or session with 2 people $200 

OUTCALLS 

One-on-one session $200-1.5hours 

Couples or sessions with two $240-1.5 hours  

*For outcalls outside of the DC metropolitan area , there is a $50 flat rate fee added on to service*

MEDITATION SAMPLER PACKAGE

Learn about and practice four different types of meditation: Mindfulness, Mantra, Loving Kindness and Yoga Nidra with sound bowls. 

YOGA NIDRA

Deep Guided Relaxation – with accompanying sound bowls

$450 for 11-20 people

ECSTATIC DANCING 

$200 (45 minutes)

for 10-20 people

$20 for each additional participant

$540 base price – Includes up to 12 people.

Additional Options

$20 per additional attendee.

Personal Comfort Package Rental – $20 per/person (Includes 1 yoga mat, 1 blanket, and 1 pillow).

All items are cleaned before each use. Must be arranged at least 1 week prior to sound bath. You are also welcome to provide your own.

Additional Information

Sound healing baths are available 7 days a week.

2 hours for load-in and setting up required

1 additional hour to pack up and load-out

Sessions take place at a private location provided by the client.

HeartoHeal101 can find a space for your group for an additional cost. 

2 Day Individual Intensives

$1100 Booking Fee

Option to pay in two installments of $550

1st payment is a non-refundable deposit

2nd (final) payment is due 7 days prior to the 2 day intensive

2 Day Intensive Details:

Four 2-hour sessions total, facilitated over the course of 2 days

(craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, sound healing, and deep healing techniques).

We work together to go deep into your inner self and work on letting go of what no longer serves you.

Self-guided and intentional processes required in-between that HeartoHeal101 will assign.

No caffeine, alcohol, dairy, or processed sugar. Starting 7 days prior and ending 7 days after. A total of 16 days committed abstinence from these substances is ideal.

Eating simply and minimally is important while in this space.

These intensives can happen anywhere in the world. 

Travel Fees:

$0 for locations provided within 30 miles of National Harbor

$200 for locations provided within 30-80 miles of National harbor

$400 for locations provided within 80-160 miles of National harbor

$600 for locations provided within 160-300 miles of National harbor

$1500 for locations provided more than 300 miles from National harbor

*For 2 day intensives, HeartoHeal101 has a 1 week cancellation/rescheduling policy. If cancelling or rescheduling less than 1 week before your scheduled 2 day intensive, we require that you pay for half of the intensive via Zelle.

Additional days – $600 per day.
Days can be added ahead of time, when we both feel it would be appropriate. For example, HeartoHeal101 will design ceremonial 5 day retreats for individuals. Travel fees for retreats longer than two days go up by $200 per/day. Such an experience would require a private space for at least 8 hours of each day. All retreats are customized for the individual or group.
